Breaking the Silence: Addressing Dementia in Communities of Color
April 15, 2021 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – virtual talk, free
April marks National Minority Health Month – highlighting health disparities that persist among racial and ethnic minority populations and the ways in which legislation, policies, and programs can help advance health equity. Through this annual event, it is our hope that individuals and families will feel empowered, receive information surrounding the health of communities of color, and share their knowledge with others to take charge of their health. Together, we can keep the momentum going and continue to BREAK THE SILENCE in communities of color; helping individuals and families get access to the services they need.
This is a virtual event. Please RSVP by April 14, 2021. To register by phone, contact Gail Morgan at (414) 219-5124. After you register, event login instructions will be emailed to you.
