The diversification of the workforce subcommittee strives to increase and maintain diversity in our Department workforce and research endeavors.
Three areas this subcommittee is working on are:
- Ongoing assessment of our department to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Enhancing diversity in our staff and trainee recruitment process.
- Enhancing retention of diverse staff and trainees.
